I concentrate on YOUR individual needs.  I’ll provide the motivation, inspiration, and leadership you will need to reach and maintain your personal fitness goals.  I’ll be working with you as a partner every step of the way. I can improve your fitness level and functional capacity without jeopardizing your health and well being.  I concentrate on results without risk. Keeping you safe is my top priority.

Gregory Welch "Eurikah Senior Fitness

My name is Gregory J. Welch, Owner, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Trainer, with a passion for assisting seniors in maintaining their mobility, which increases one’s independence and wellness. I am a survivor of prostate cancer since 2019, and have been cancer free and grateful. Research shows how exercise and fitness benefits the body. No matter what your age, movement enhances longevity to support my wellness. Everyone’s situation is unique, and individuals may no feel much like moving, but it’s essential to lifespan. I specialize in training individuals with restrictions and special needs. In order to become a client of Eurikah Senior Fitness. Here are just a few steps to follow:

My goal is to develop a fitness program for seniors that will teach, train, assist, clients in their journey through functional fitness to independence and beyond (helping others seniors).

How we work

To keep you motivated and focused, we will agree on a training schedule that is fit around your schedule and at a location of your choice. Our sessions start from 5am and finish as late as 10pm. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is designed to optimize results through an intense and challenging workout program.

We understand that success extends beyond the personal training session. We will work with you on assessing your goals and eating habits to ensure your training is supported by a tailored diet plan. Our diet guides and workout plans are free to all Clients signing up for a package of minimum 20 sessions.
