About Eureka Senior Fitness

I concentrate on YOUR individual needs.  I’ll provide the motivation, inspiration, and leadership you will need to reach and maintain your personal fitness goals.  I’ll be working with you as a partner every step of the way. I can improve your fitness level and functional capacity without jeopardising your health and well being.  I concentrate on results without risk. Keeping you safe is my top priority. Additionally, our goal is to stay fit, Mobil and thrive enjoying the benefit of a healthier lifestyle. My wife Mrs T. & I workout together and enjoy eating healthy life, Exercising, proper rest and a positive mental attitude throughout your life span.

Mondays Tuesdays Wednesday and Fridays 10:00 am-2:00 pm

Personal Training

As your personal trainer, I’ll make you stick to it.  It’s up to me to get you the results YOU want.  I’ll lead you through your training program until you reach your fitness  goals.  But I don’t stop there.  I work for long-term results – not quickly fading artificial solutions.  I provide comfortable, livable, and enjoyable personal fitness routines to keep you in shape forever.
